Chief Minister Omar Abdullah today chaired a Board of Directors meeting of the J&K Cable Car Corporation at Gulmarg to assess ongoing and upcoming ropeway and tourism infrastructure projects across Jammu & Kashmir.
The meeting focused on the upgradation of the Gulmarg Gondola Project, proposals for new ropeway projects, modernization initiatives, and strategies aimed at strengthening tourism infrastructure in the Union Territory.
Officials also discussed measures to improve tourist accessibility, enhance visitor experience, and promote sustainable tourism development across key destinations in Jammu & Kashmir.
