Deputy Chief Minister Surinder Choudhary today reviewed the ongoing construction work of the new building aimed at upgrading the Surgery, Medicine, and Radiology departments at Government Medical College Srinagar.
During the inspection, the Deputy Chief Minister said that the modernization and expansion of these critical departments will greatly strengthen the healthcare infrastructure in Srinagar and improve the quality of patient care services.
He emphasized that the government remains committed to ensuring smooth and accessible healthcare delivery across Jammu & Kashmir, with a balanced focus on developing healthcare infrastructure in both Jammu and Srinagar regions.
