JAMMU, July 28, 2026 – The Jammu and Kashmir Board of School Education (J&K BOSE) has officially issued a revised date sheet for several recently postponed examinations, bringing relief to thousands of students across the Union Territory.
The examinations were previously put on hold due to severe weather conditions across the region. According to the official notification from JKBOSE, the new schedule covers the Annual (Private) and Bi-annual 2026 examinations.
The revised dates apply to the following classes:
- Secondary School Examination (10th Class)
- Higher Secondary Part-I (11th Class)
- Higher Secondary Part-II (12th Class)
- Jammu & Kashmir State Open School (JK SOS 12th Class)
The Board has strongly advised all students, parents, and school authorities to verify the new schedule. Furthermore, JKBOSE has instructed all relevant stakeholders and examination staff to take the necessary steps to ensure the smooth and fair conduct of these examinations at their designated centers as per the updated timeline.
