The Government of India has launched an AI-powered chatbot called “Samadhan Didi” to make filing complaints easier for common people. Citizens can now simply speak about their problem in their own language without worrying about which department or ministry to contact.
The chatbot understands the issue, asks a few simple questions, and automatically sends the complaint to the right government office. This is especially helpful for people in villages, senior citizens, and those who are not comfortable with English or complicated online forms.
Officials say the system supports multiple Indian languages and aims to make government services more accessible, faster, and people-friendly across the country.
